I was so poorly attended to when I got to the door to schedule a time that I decided not to come back to try the service. the lady who attended me screamed saying she couldn't answer me, without even waiting for me to say what I wanted. until another lady asked for my number and told me to come back the next day

The staff were super friendly, attentive and welcoming.
Mimi is such an amazing, kind and extremely talented nail tech.
Since moving to Rotterdam a year ago, i've been to a lot off nail salons (approx. 9) and NONE of them met my expectations....
except for Mimi nails which actually exceeded it ! :)
Definitely my new home for nails <3!
Can't wait for my next appointment.
