★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb dit voorjaar het volledige programma gevolgd (16 weken) ik kwam bij Joshua om te onderzoeken hoe ik beter in mijn vel kon komen te zitten. Door een onderliggend trauma lukte dit niet op eigen kracht. Door breathwork, andere eetgewoonten, ijsbaden en nog zoveel meer, gaat het nu goed met mij. Ik heb er veel aan gehad en weet nu hoe ik om kan gaan met o.a stress! Joshua heeft veel kennis en neemt echt de tijd voor je! Het is de investering, zowel in tijd als geld, meer dan waard??
I followed the full program this spring (16 weeks) I came to Joshua to investigate how I could feel better about myself. Due to an underlying trauma, this was not possible on its own. Through breathwork, different eating habits, ice baths and so much more, I'm doing well now. It has helped me a lot and now I know how to deal with stress! Joshua has a lot of knowledge and really takes the time for you! It is well worth the investment, both in time and money??
