★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stepped in, looked for the clerk, clerk stares at the computer. Walk around a little. Finally get an icecold, less than half smile back. My questions were answered the same way. What striked me was her condescending attitude. When I paid I asked her, if she is the owner - „Kind of“, she said. This unprofessional behaviour, plus ordinary but overprized products. The item I bought was more expensive than the same one in another shop with friendly people. I walked in happily and stepped out sad. Thank you, lady and gefeliciteerd. Terrible atmosphere, no recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s a very lovely lady that is incredibly helpful and it’s best to chat with her. But as the other reviews have suggested, there is a rude man that works there and was not at all helpful... even judgmental in my choices and giving out crucially wrong information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. The most inappropriate and rude guy in this store today. What an *hole. When I asked him where I could find a specific vitamin, following his sigh was a finger pointing in a direction. When I walked over I couldn't find it on the wall. he walked over and sighed again, asking if I have found it. When I said no, he sighed even louder and pointed to shelf, if you look better you can see it, he said. Not in a fun way, not in a nice way. I left without buying it since his attitude was ridiculous. I normally like these vitaminstores, but if you can, you should def go to another one. I do not recommend this store and nor their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go in here at least twice a month & purchase quite a few products and spend over 100 euros. I, unfortunately have service from a cold and unfriendly woman periodically. She’s rude and unhelpful. The other woman (who I believe is owner) is so wonderful and friendly. I’ve told my husband that if it weren’t for her, I would take my business elsewhere. Please owner, have a talk with your employees. Customer service matters!
