β β β β β It is surprisingly nice inside, but single rooms are literally about the size of a large walk in closet. In my 2 weeks here, in Paris, and Germany, this was the smallest room I had in 5 cities, but ironically enough it was the largest shower.
It is less than a 10 minute walk from Centraal Station, about 50 feet from a busy local street with all types of shops and restaurants, coffee houses, and souvenir shops.
The hotel and main street can get a little loud and busy during the day, but I went out around 9 pm on a Friday and it was rather quiet. I had no issues sleeping at all and I was on the 1st floor.
No breakfast, but there is coffee a and pastries in the basement. Staff is quite friendly, helpful, and multilingual.

β β β β β We stayed there for 4 nights. Hotel is ok for the price. Location is also good. But the old brown guy is very unfriendly and arrogant, Doesnβt respond you when you say an small βTHANK YOUβ and It was like he didnβt want us to be there, maybe because we were two guys. I would stay there again, but not with unprofessional employees.

β β β β β Very close 5 minutes walk to Central Station Amsterdam. Lovely area with trendy shops & places to eat. Hotel itself was fine for the 2 nights I was there. Felt a bit out of central Amsterdam - used to staying right in the hub, definitely good enough. There for research not leisure, so out each day all day returning exhausted, excited; so inspired. Love, Love, Love Amsterdam anyway - so any excuse to return. Overall thought it was more expensive than London.

β β β β β We stayed here in October 2019. Our room was on the 4th floor. Thankfully, unlike a lot of Amsterdam Hotels, the lift worked. However, the lift is tiny & just about manages 1 person & a suitcase, or 2 people who know each other very well!
The room was pretty small, but that is par for Amsterdam where space is a premium. It was clean & the bed was very comfortable. TV channels were limited. There was a lack of storage space so most clothes remained in the suitcase. There was a hanging rack but this only had 2 hangers & was difficult to use.
A standard breakfast is unavailable, but there is a coffee machine in the basement which is available 24/7, and they offer complimentary pastries in the morning.
The staff were very helpful. The Hotel only offered us 1 door pass, so when I wanted to leave the hotel while my wife was still in the room I had to knock on the front door to gain entry.

β β β β β Position is very good and staff was nice. The room small but functional and perfectly clean. Unfortunately it was on the ground floor, strategically placed between the entrance and the elevator, at 5 m from the reception. The price difference doesn't account for the experience, it was like sharing the room with all passing guests and receptionist

β β β β β First of all, the staff are absolutely lovely. Always friendly and wishing you a good day. The hotel communal areas look incredible and kept to a high clean standards. A selection of pastries are put out every morning for all guests to help themselves, as well as a coffee machine which works all day (good coffee too). The rooms are small but have the essentials. Bathrooms are very modern and have an upper class feel. Safe comes free with the room. Lift is small and can't fit more than two people... perfect location too, a few minutes walk and you're at the supermarket, pubs, coffee shops or whatever else you may need. Situation on a quaint little street too. A really nice place to stay if visiting Amsterdam.

β β β β β Staff was friendly, coffee and croissants for breakfast was nice. Location is great, 8ish minute walk from Amsterdam Central, everything you could need is within a ten minute walk (weed, water, food)
Rooms a little small, including the bathroom. Wife and I were crashing into each other at every turn. I found the street kinda noisy at night, but we were on the main level.
