★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop closed after Christmas with my package inside. Should have reopened yesterday according to the note on their door, but now they put a new note saying they close until January the 12th. Give me my package!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certain shipments have to be taken to a PostNL location instead of delivered directly. Vivant sent our package back ONE day after it was delivered there for collection.
What made it worse is that they accepted no responsibility, telling us we were wrong and that the package was there for two weeks already. Packages were strewn everywhere when we went and there didn't seem to be a logical sorting system in place. Really don't understand how this can even be a PostNL location and shame on them for not auditing their providers and taking customer reviews more seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be careful going there. Extremely rude owner. Yelling at us and insisting that our package is not here. When I made a picture of the chaos inside he took my phone and threw it out of the door. Even tried to attack me physically. Please be careful going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hope your parcel is never delivered here. The owner was extremely rude, insisting I had no package there, yelling at me at one point. 15 minutes later, after staying around waiting for other customers, I find my package in the pile back in the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please, people do not let any company deliver your package there by postnl or whatever. There is really something wrong there. Opening en closing time does not match with google info, no contact info. Go to the business centre postnl at Koningin Wilhelmina plein 17 little bit further but people do work there at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop owner is absolutely shocking. They are postponing their opening date, while tons of PostNL packages are in there. No number to be found, no communication. Latest message on the entrance said opening on the 12-1, but today it's already the 13-1 and the shop is still closed. They have my package since December 26th. TRASH, TRASH, TRASH!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop owner has a major aggression problem!! I don't know if it is just with women... but he was extremely rude, yelled at me - managed to make me feel scared. First time in my life I left a shop crying!
My experience there was just horrible! PostNL promised me to take measures against this person. Either way I will never set a foot in this shop again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on underlying review, I was targeted when I went to pick up another parcel. The owner cross-referenced my name with incoming parcels and placed my address and name on a blacklist for immediate return meaning I can no longer effectively order packages for delivery. The owner blames PostNL for not accepting their request to prevent larger parcels and claims to have tried updating their opening hours but PostNL would be unwilling to change them. Based on the vast number of negative reviews filing the same complaint I can not assume this to be true. Furthermore, the owner claims I should show gratitude for them providing a service I am unable to influence. I cannot forgive this personal attack and threat to block incoming mail by retaining my contact details for no legitimate reason. If you can, it would be wise to choose another location; your personal data and parcels are not safe here.

Their opening times are inconsistent between PostNL, Google Maps and actual opening hours. They sent back my package for not being picked up on the 3rd day even though policy is a 7 day wait after delivery. For some reason my packages have a priority to end up here instead of any of the more friendly and consistent places that have the same distance. Prefer to never go back.
