★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik weet niet of het alleen een nieuwe naam van deze winkel betreft of ook de eigenaar maar met Het Fietsenhokje (zelfde adres) heb ik alleen nare ervaringen.
Bij het kopen van een Spartafiets ook een slot gekocht die maar 1 sleutel had. Fiets binnen 4 dagen gestolen (door wie?). Opgegeven bij de politie en kreeg bericht dat de fiets al als gestolen geregistreerd stond. Terug naar fietsenwinkel, kreeg een wat oudere fiets en het blijkt dat de remmen niet meer gemaakt of bijgesteld kunnen worden omdat de onderdelen niet meer te krijgen zijn. Maar de fiets is gekocht "as is" dus geen garantie. Geld weggegooid .
Als er een nieuwe eigenaar is dan geldt deze review niet.
I don't know if it's just a new name for this shop or also the owner, but I only have bad experiences with Het Fietsenhokje (same address).
When buying a Sparta bike also bought a lock that only had 1 key. Bike stolen within 4 days (by whom?). Reported to the police and received a message that the bicycle was already registered as stolen. Back to bike shop, got an older bike and it turns out that the brakes can't be made or adjusted anymore because the parts are no longer available. But the bike was bought "as is" so no warranty. Money thrown away.
If there is a new owner, this review does not apply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top fietsen voor een hele schappelijke prijs. Verder kun je er ook terecht voor reparaties. Ik heb er een sparta c3 gekocht en ben er erg blij mee. Zie heel veel reacties op dit forum die negatief zijn. Dit is niet rechtvaardig aangezien de winkel niet meer 't fietshokje is. De winkel heet Johan fietsen en heeft ook een andere eigenaar die altijd de koffie en thee voor je klaar heeft staan.
Top bikes for a very reasonable price. You can also go there for repairs. I bought a sparta c3 and am very happy with it. See a lot of negative comments on this forum. This is not fair since the shop is no longer the bike shed. The shop is called Johan bicycles and also has a different owner who always has coffee and tea ready for you.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM 't Fietshokje
I've bought a new E-Backfiets (Euro 1.400) from "'t Fietshokje" Amsterdam and the computer broke after only 5 months.
I called immediately the shop and they told me that I should contact their shop in Harlem and bring it there. I sent an email to ask more info and "'t Fietshokje" confirmed the policy. >>>> WHAT?? According to the European Legislation the replacement/reparation should be provided costless from the same shop.
I could not travel to Harlem immediately, so I went there after 1 month from the email. I explained all the situation and provided the proof of purchase and the email. The employe
e in Harlem stated that the defective part (e-Bike computer) has only 6 months warranty and I was therefore out of warranty.
When I tried to explain that there should not be any problem to apply the warranty, since I've informed them on time by email. I asked for some sort of written statement about warranty policies (not clear on web) but the employee became very rude and aggressive till the point I had to call the Police because the employee started threatening me.
Terrible experience, disgusting service and very bad quality.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM 't Fietshokje

What a great customer service. I dont think I'm gonna buy any thing if the buyer is rude and arrogant.

I made a huge mistake to buy a bike from this people. Assistance is terrible, warranty policy is not clear and the people is rude and unfriendly as soon as you ask some help after sale.
