R	Ruud Jilesen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vizier makelaardij(Jamal) was de makelaar van de verkopende partij. Ik was zelf de kopende partij. Tijdens het verkoopproces werd en snel geschakeld. Helaas koos de koper in eerste instantie voor een andere partij, ondanks het advies van vizier makelaardij voor mij als koper. Enkele weken later haakte toch de koper af en werd ik alsnog benaderd als koper. Ik heb toen besloten alsnog de koop door te zetten. De koop liep snel en voorspoedig, afspraken waren snel te maken voor taxatie, bouwkundige keuring ect. Maar ook na de koop was de makelaar nog goed bereikbaar voor vragen en dergelijke. Ook gaf hij goede tips wat ik moest regelen voor de overdracht, gezien hij wist dat het mijn eerste koop was. Kortom al met al een goede ervaring. Vizier makelaardij (Jamal) was the broker of the selling party. I was the buying party myself. During the sales process, we switched quickly. Unfortunately, the buyer initially opted for another party, despite the advice of visor brokerage for me as a buyer. A few weeks later the buyer dropped out and I was still approached as a buyer. I then decided to proceed with the purchase. The sale went quickly and smoothly, appointments could be made quickly for valuation, building inspection ect. But even after the purchase, the broker was still easily accessible for questions and the like. He also gave good tips on what I had to arrange for the transfer, since he knew it was my first purchase. Overall a good experience overall.

Enorme ervaring in vooral Utrechtse huizen- en vastgoedmarkt (huur en koop). In zekere zin niet commercieel omdat een goed advies en een goede dienst blijkbaar belangrijker is dan een goede prijs voor hen. Klein bedrijf waardoor telefoon enkele keer niet opgenomen wordt. Soms 's avonds (pas) teruggebeld maar de commitment is er nooit minder om. Goed bekend met alle regelregeving, adminstratieve zaken en ze attenderen ook goed op alle mogelijke valkuilen, cornercases etc. Zeer tevreden al met al. Very good service. A lot of personal attention, focus and purpose for their customers. Huge experience in the Utrecht housing and real estate market (rent and purchase). Not commercial in a sense because good advice and good service is apparently more important than a good price for them. Small company so phone is not answered a few times. Sometimes called back in the evening (only) but the commitment is never less. Well acquainted with all regulations, administrative matters and they also draw attention to all possible pitfalls, corner cases, etc. Very satisfied all in all.

Luckily, Vizier Makelaardij, representing the other party (the house owner/seller) in my case, made the what had seemed impossible at times possible. Through a professional communication form and a sincere interest to find the best and fastest deal for both buyer and seller, all worked out very well. Even more so I very much appreciated Jamal's repetitive questions pertaining 'how the house felt'. Because in the end: Aren't we all looking for a Home, more so than just a House?
