Lange wachttijd voor het maken van een afspraak. Als ik dan eindelijk een afspraak kan maken is het op een onmogelijke tijd waardoor ik vrij moet vragen van werk. Na dit te hebben gedaan kwam de camera monteur niet eens opdagen. Het bleek dat ze me vergeten waren in het systeem te zetten. De vrouw die ik aan de telefoon kreeg verschuilde zich achter het excuus dat zij daar niks aan kon doen....
Dit kan natuurlijk een keer gebeuren. MAAR DIT IS DE TWEEDE KEER!
Aan alle nieuw klanten: Zoek een ander bedrijf voor je Beveiliging. Dit is waarschijnlijk het minst klantgerichte bedrijf wat je kunt vinden op de Beveiligingsmarkt.
Aan alle oude klanten: er zijn tal andere goede beveiligingsbedrijven!!!
 Very amateurish company!
Long waiting time for making an appointment. When I can finally make an appointment, it is at an impossible time that I have to ask for work. After doing this, the camera technician did not even show up. It turned out that they had forgotten to put me in the system. The woman I got on the phone was hiding behind the excuse that she couldn't help it ....
This can of course happen once. BUT THIS IS SECOND TIME!
To all new customers: Find another company for your Security. This is probably the least customer-oriented company you can find on the Security Market.
To all old customers: there are many other good security companies !!!
