SolarProf Nederland B.V. - Golf van Biskaje 4A

Na uitgebreid overleg over de installatie heb ik zonnepanelen besteld. In Jan 2021 zijn de zonnepanelen geplaatst. Gekozen voor het bedrijf SolarProf omdat de contacten zeer plezierig waren. Ook prijs prestatie was prima. Opvallend waren de deskundige adviezen en ook vooraf aan de montage heeft eerst een technicus een bezoek gebracht om onverwachte problemen te voorkomen. De plaatsing zelf was keurig op afspraak en zeer snel. Ook werd alle rommel keurig opgeruimd. Dit bedrijf is zeker aan te bevelen.

Mijn zonnepanelen werken na 5 jaar niet meer. Dan verwacht je een goede nazorg. Telefoon wordt niet opgenomen en op e-mail wordt niet gereageerd

Door een goede communicatie van beide partijen zijn de werkzaamheden van het verplaatsen van de zonnepanelen op een goede manier verwerkt. Solarprof heeft de klant van goede informatie voorzien. Steeds telefonisch contact opgenomen met de klant als ze verlaat waren. Met andere woorden. Goede service verleend en hele prettige en geduldige monteurs in de omgang.

Goede service! Deskundig advies en professionele plaatsing van de panelen en omvormer. En het voorgerekende rendement wordt ook waargemaakt. Na een jaar heb ik al 18% van mijn investering terug.

We zijn zeer tevreden over de levering en installatie van onze zonnepanelen. Verder zijn we erg blij dat Frank van SolarProf actief meedacht en meehielp met de stroombekabeling voor en tijdens onze verbouwing. Super.

Vandaag 30 zonnepanelen laten plaatsen door de mannen van Solarprof ( hier Bart, Mees en Frank) op twee verschillende daken. Heel hard en netjes gewerkt met een top resultaat!

Zeer tevreden over start van het traject tot oplevering en nazorg. Bij het plaatsen van de omvormer bleek dat deze niet bij een bestaande groep aangesloten kon worden. Het installatie team heeft uiteindelijk een mooie oplossing bedacht met een extra groep en deze aansluiting via de kruipruimte en achterzijde van het huis geplaatst. Ook de afstemming tijdens de installatie van alle onderdelen werd helder over gecommuniceerd. Dat een medewerker daarna nog langs kwam voor een extra check of alles goed was gegaan en nog steeds alles naar behoren werkt, is natuurlijk erg prettig. Fijn bedrijf met zeer vakkundig en plezierig personeel!

At the time of meeting the sales’ representative, in our discussions, our requirements for the solar installation were made abundantly clear. We wanted 4 panels on top of each “dakkapel”4 facing East and 4 west total 8 and then 3 panels on the section of the roof below the “dakkapel” facing East. My wife attended on the day of installation. At the end of the day, I requested her to ask the installer to take pictures and send this to me in Japan. I unfortunately only got to see these pictures the next day, however my wife paid for the installation in full on the day of installation. To my horror, I saw that the panels on top of the “dakkapel” had been mounted in landscape orientation facing South and North in an up and down tent formation. As I have never heard of, or seen solar panels facing North in Holland this was immediately addressed with the sales’ rep by telephone. The sales’ rep told us that we had better speak to the owner of the company. The communication with the owner of the company Mr. Boreel was extremely difficult. It took many phone calls to the company (around 8) to actually speak to Mr. Boreel because he was either busy or not there or in a meeting. He never phoned us back. Eventually we resorted to e-mails. Mr. Boreel has found every different argument he can think of, to not come and rectify the orientation of the solar panels. He says I should have drawn a plan and specifically submitted my request in writing with the accompanying plan at time of quotation should I have wanted the panels facing East and West respectively, on the “dakkapel”. The wind factor is also his concern as he would have to bring more ballast to hold the frame work down if the panels are arranged East West. This is all part of the job as far as I am concerned. To cut a long story short, Mr. Boreel is not willing to come and rectify his wrong panel orientation. After 3 and a half weeks of e-mails and a few more phone calls he is now saying that I have to submit a formal plan to him and pay for the reinstallation up front. ( I do not know how much he wants to charge for reinstallation). He also will not be attending to this issue before a few months have passed. As I am not going to be held to ransom and being forced to pay even more money to an already hugely expensive installation, I can only voice my complete dissatisfaction with this company. Mr. Boreel is of the opinion that he is a “Solar expert” and that his opinion is everything and I have no say in the matter, however all the houses in my street and indeed in the area have only solar panels facing East and West and South. None of them have panels facing North as I now do. It is my advice, to be extremely careful and get written confirmation, from this company for absolutely everything as well as a sketch showing the planned position and orientation of your solar panels. The difficulties experienced with communication to the owner Mr. Boreel and his complete brush off, in the rectification of his mistakes is definitely not something I was expecting from this company. Now that I have been told to pay up front even more money for a reinstallation in a couple of months time, leave me no choice but to never do business with this company again. All in all a very unhappy customer with a solar installation that is definitely not what I asked for.
