Very well assisted with the purchase of an apartment by both the purchase broker and the mortgage advisor, with support from the rest of the team. We are very satisfied with the clear communication, meeting agreements and proactive help during the entire purchase process; from orientation meeting to final drawing (and even aftercare)! She is extremely honest, professional, and super pleasant to work with. She has great attention to details (she spots the tiniest details and gives advice about that). Something that I liked was that she does not want to simply find something sub-optimal for you, but she works with you to find the best option. She is also an expert in handling efpacht related issues which helped me a lot. I also had very good experiences with Stephan and Hans. She has great eyes on important details that without her, I would have surely missed in many cases. They are very professional, clear, and direct, which helps to have a good communication and be aligned in what I was looking for. They advised me from the beginning and were very responsive every time.
