Eerst als excuus coronaregels, daarna dat het complex waar ik woon als 1 huisnummer gold terwijl de huisnummer toevoeging duidelijk op order vermeld stond. Zei dat ik het zelf maar moest doen: "Is niet zo zwaar" Waardeloos en lui. Delivery person had already signed for undamaged receipt. Which is in fact forgery. Telefonisch was alleen andere afdeling bereikbaar. Die wilde doorverbinden met een nummer wat continue naar voicemail ging. Meermaals geprobeerd. Verder kon of wilde ze me niet verder helpen. Beetje jammer dat zo n bedrijf geen integrale oplossing voor onbereikbaarheid heeft. Ook kon ik niet doorverbonden worden met een manager. Zo help je je hele bedrijf niet verder, maar kijk je alleen naar je eigen gedeelte. Niet goed voor het hele bedrijf, want ik heb nu een negatieve ervaring, deels hoe er gereageerd is door het dochterbedrijf. Als die hersenloze nou gewoon had opgelet hadden wij geen teleurgesteld kind op z'n verjaardag. Zie dat ik niet de eerste ben en ga er zeker werk van maken bij ikea. If that brainless guy had just paid attention, we wouldn't have had a disappointed kid on his birthday. See that I am not the first and will definitely work on it at Ikea.

Maandag sms bericht en mail van tijdsvenster van levering. Om 12.00 uur aanwezig, netjes afgeleverd. Goede service. Sunday ordered bed online with mattress and various items. Confirmed by email on Sunday that they would deliver today. Monday text message and mail of time window of delivery. Arrived at 12 noon, neatly delivered. Good service.

I was supposed to get delivered on my floor (paid accordingly), but when I explained there was a miscommunication, instead of trying to help and clarify the situation, claim that he did not care at all about it, suggesting me to complain if there was a problem and go to hell. After that, he left without even giving me the time to check the number of items, and indeed one was missing. Given the attention and the attitude, I would not be surprised whether it was in the car and forgot to take it out. Definitely not recommended.

Vlot Logistics refused to bring my huge and very heavy delivery up to the 3rd floor because 'it didn't say on their form' that it was a delivery to the 3rd floor. Despite my address clearly having "3" in it... what else could that mean?! So two strong delivery men stood at my front door arguing and refusing to help me and bring my heavy wardrobe upstairs when they could easily just have spent those 2 minutes doing what I've paid for which is delivery.... Plus they forgot one of the packages and had to come back to deliver it. Not good service and poor communication by email. Their website to confirm the delivery slot doesn't work either. 1/5.
