★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our morning flight was cancelled with KLM and rebooked only in the evening, so we had to wait longer than 8 hours. As I had done my research I was aware that I am eligible for a compensation. After contacting KLM they said this was not possible and no matter how I would try they would not refund or compensate as per law. I was told to reach Vlucht-vertraagd.nl and so I did. It took a while until I would see a result, but they would always reply to my e-mails and give me an update of the situation. Once they sorted this out with KLM, they responded right away by informing about the situation and my compensation. The refund appeared on my bank account on the same day! Last but not least, I received a follow up e-mail from the team for thanking me for contacting them. This way, we both enjoyed the win-win situation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vlucht-Vertraagd.nl service reached out to me after after a 12 hour delayed flight to Australia. I really didn't want to spend the time and energy for a long battle with the airline I'd probably lose if I have attempted this myself, but when they reached out, I thought why not try if they were going to do all the work for me. I'm super happy I did because they successfully got me the compensation I deserved.
They were super professional, really knowledgeable about the legalities, quick with replies and kept me updated throughout the process. It was fairly simple from my end as well. Very happy I got my money back in the end. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great system and concept; within a few minutes you can see if you get money back; and Vlucht-Vertraagd will do the work from you; unfortunately, after you get the good news that you get money back, it still takes weeks, months, before you get the money (im stilling waiting on it). It seems to be there's a shortage of labor in the actual office. Just take a higher percentage of the fee and higher some more people from that money, i would suggest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not stop pestering you, even a year (!!!!) later they continue to e-mail, text and call at all hours of the day. Have regretted ever sending in a claim ever since I did it. Do not know what else I can do to stop them from contacting me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your airline is headquartered witin the same jurisdiction they might indeed have a lawyer who files for a simple dispute mediation (which you can easily do yourself), other then that thay limit themselves to writing a few threatening letters with which airlines just have a good laugh. They have no lawyers on staff, much less in other countries, and a few interns just copy and paste the letters. And write marvelous reviews? They will NOT spend a dime! Beware! Try and research which lawyer they employ- you'll find out they have none.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worthless! 0 stars! After almost 2 years they sent me a message that "won't continue the case". At first nothing but assurances, sure the whole family would get the maximum paid in damages because of a 1 day delay. They even made me turn down a 400 euro offer from the airline. And now after so much time, they do not want to continue "but won't charge me for the costs made". What a pathetic joke of a lawfirm!!

I have 2 claims running by them (and won't ever have any other!)
The first has been opened for a year and it is pending in the "Legal analysis" phase for the last 8 months. They don't respond on any messages regarding it.
The second one (very simple, flight was cancelled, I was rebooked) was open for a year, then they suddenly said hm, it was bad weather in Prague, so we close it. I then contacted EUClaim to handle it for me. But then once of a sudden vlucht-vertraagd reopens the case. I only discovered it by incident cause I needed to check my first case. They didn't send any email neither informed me any other way. The explanation I got is the following:
The claim was closed, because we could not sue the airline due to the weather conditions at Prague airport. However, some time after the claim was closed the airline suddenly assigned it.
Well, good thing I finally got this compensation from airline, the bad thing is that EUClaim rightfully asks me to pay their expenses, cannot blame that for it.
So, never again vlucht-vertraagd. Unprofessional, not responsive, can only send standard emails to airline and give up as soon as the airline doesn't respond. Never-never-never again!

We've entered a claim and since the beginning vlucht-vertraagd has not updating us about any progress. The only thing they informed us about is that they said we were entitled to a 100% refund. We've been in contact with the airline directly ourselves and at 1 point we got refunded an amount - but not 100%. We wanted to stop our claim with vlucht-vertraagd since they had not given of any sign of progress (even though the claim was already 2 months going).
When we wanted to stop the claim, they said it was thanks to them we got the refund. They send us an invoice for 25% of the full amount, even though we were never refunded the full amount from the airline.
When we contacted them to change the amount of the invoice to 25% of the amount that was refunded to us, they had no idea what that amount would be. (indicating to us that they had nothing to do with the refund).
They did not respond to most messages we send to them and then they send us a claim for payment adding 40 euros + 25% of the full amount.
This company is a total scam! They take advantages of delayed refunds from airlines, taking credit for it only after the passenger informs them of the refund.
We are still trying to get part of our money back, we have learned this lesson the hard way.
