About Yource
Onze Members zijn super-, knetter-, krankzinnig belangrijk voor ons! Niet zo gek, want als we zeggen dat onze Members centraal staan, dan menen we dat ook! Daar komt de Member Experience om de hoek kijken. Dit is het programma dat helemaal gaat over de beleving van onze Members. Omdat wij geloven dat zij hét verschil maken.
Als je bij ons komt werken willen we ook graag jouw mening horen. Zodat we samen het werken bij Yource nog leuker en makkelijker kunnen maken. Om ervoor te zorgen dat we hier écht mee aan de slag kunnen, krijg je op verschillende momenten een vragenlijst. In maart en september vragen we aan iedereen om deze in te vullen. Maar tijdens jouw Member Journey komen we ook op andere belangrijke momenten vragen hoe het gaat. Bijvoorbeeld een week na je start of na een maand, als je training of inwerktraject achter de rug is. Je kunt ons dan vertellen hoe jij het werken bij Yource ervaart. We willen natuurlijk graag weten of we waarmaken wat we beloven en waar we als organisatie nog kunnen groeien.
Met alle uitkomsten kunnen we de Member Experience elke dag weer een beetje beter maken. Niet gebaseerd op onderbuikgevoel, maar op basis van de mening van alle Yource Members! Zo maken we het werken bij Yource samen nóg leuker.

Finaly they won the case but the money still is not payd to me.
They dont have a phone number anymore and emails are not answered.
Poor company.

Robin I try to contact via all the possible ways, Also i my login profile.
Still nothing happens.
Feels like talking to a wall.
We are now 2 years further since i made the claim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend them. They take everything in charge and don't waste time. All you have to do is upload some documents and they will do all the heavy lifting for you, also the legal costs! We did have to be patient for a long time but it was expected for such a procedure, and we were not getting anywhere when trying to claim against KLM on our own. Their action really made the difference.
