★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entering the grounds is a hassle. Being a female Canadian citizen, I was padded down by a male security guard. He wasn't touchy but it was awkward. First he used a metal detector wand then pad down. The entrance is not very convenient. Security guard walked us in from gate to front door. What if there were a lot of people and only one guard. Lobby is small. Just small waiting area almost none existent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Welcoming, efficient and super helpful! Understand and appreciate the security checks. My only suggestion is having visible sign, art work or a portrait of an Aboriginal to demonstrate respect and most importantly appreciation and acknowledgement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only did a passport renew but the staff was nice and fast. I forgot my keys while signing papers there and emailed the embassy many hours later from Amsterdam. They were happy to help me get my keys back by mail. I'm not sure what they could do better really

Turn-around times and flexibility to courier documents could easily be improved to modern times.
Bring cash/Euros - Regular VISA/MC not accepted for all transactions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst contact I've ever had.
We had contact with this ambase because we needed legalisation for our sons medicine.
The initial contact went smooth, but, when we sent the physical document and paid for the service that should have been provided, there was no way to get in touch with anybody.
- Phone -> No answer
- Mail -> No answer.
And worst of all, we have paid for legalisation and never ever received the document!!
So, we went to Canada without the document and now, almost 2 months after we paid, there is still no legalised document.
