★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn telefoon deed niks meer( heb een abonnement met telefoon van Vodafone), medewerker deed hard reset, oplaadkabel en de volumeknop en aan en uit knop tegelijkertijd indrukken, ja en toen deed hij het weer, zegt hij je moet een nieuwe oplaadkabel kopen. Heb een Nokia tel en hij komt met het duurste kabeltje aan van Samsung € 54,-.. ik euuu zijn er geen goedkopere, na zuchten kwam hij er met eentje van € 19,50 aan .. ik nou ik vraag wel ff rond ..Kon amper goede dag af bij hem . Heb een kabeltje gekocht bij Action voor nog geen €3,- je ziet me daar niet meer terugkomen.
My phone did nothing anymore (have a subscription with Vodafone phone), employee did a hard reset, charged the charging cable and the volume button and the on and off button simultaneously, yes and then he did it again, he says you have to buy a new charging cable. Have a Nokia phone and he comes with the most expensive cable from Samsung € 54, - .. euuu there are no cheaper ones, after sighing he came with one of € 19.50 .. I well I ask around ff. . Waarom werk je hier dan? testen van een simkaart probleem is niet mogelijk moet je eerst maar een nieuwe kopen daar.
Spijtig mijn volgende abbo word een andere!
The bald-headed man in the Vodafone shop has absolutely no understanding of the phones.
Then why do you work here? testing a sim card problem is not possible you should first buy a new one there.
Unfortunately my next abbo will be another one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele dure telefoonhouder voor auto gekocht, horende op betere kwaliteit dan gemiddelde Chinese troep. Ging toch na ruim een jaar stuk, en dan heeft Vodafone complete prutgarantie op "accessoires". Ben niet zeker of het überhaupt consumentenrecht-technisch mag wat ze doen (half jaar garantie geven)
Ga dus zeker niet voor je accessoires naar een Vodafone shop, koop gewoon voor hetzelfde geld 4x hetzelfde bij de Action. Ben je nog steeds goedkoper uit.
Bought a very expensive phone holder for a car, depending on better quality than average Chinese junk. Still broke after more than a year, and then Vodafone has a complete guarantee on "accessories". I am not sure whether it is at all consumer law-technically allowed what they do (give a half-year guarantee)
So don't go to a Vodafone shop for your accessories, just buy 4x the same at the Action for the same money. Are you still cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 1 woord slecht de dame die hier werkt weet technisch niks van telefoons. Vodafone maar opzeggen en naar KPN.
Ik betaal natuurlijk ook voor stukje service
In one word bad the lady who works here knows nothing technical about telephones. Just cancel Vodafone and go to KPN.
Of course I also pay for a piece of service
