Terrible service. Both when we bought the prepaid SIM cards and when we asked them whether it is possible to top up the data package, they failed to give us the relevant information. We ended up paying way too much.

Pretty bad store, they only tell you half information regarding the things I could do regarding my problem, they just sold me a prepaid card. After contacting another phone company, whom did tell me more, I decided to return the prepaid card. Guess what, they don't take it back. Now, my subscription will end soon and I don't know what's going to happen with my phone number...

Vodafone is a rip off I just realised that after two months of new contract with them they will try to scam and steal money where it doesn't belong whenever possible! Services they offer are nice if they took the money which you agree on but when you have to pay extra money for it... it just feels like your being scammed!

Worst experience ever with a custom service guy who didn't even smile once during our visits. And when it became too difficult for him, he asked us to dial the customer service of Vodafone with their land-line phone in the Vodafone shop. He let me solve the problem myself while he sat down and started chatting with his colleague. When I demanded he come over and assist me accordingly the advise from the Vodafone person on the other side of the line, he told me I was irritating. I was truly shocked. A person (for whom everything seemed too much) called his customer outloud irritating. I never scolded him, I stayed calm all the way, but the super arrogant behaviour of this chap really underlined how far bad service can go in a Vodafone shop. The Vodafone products are overall good but the service of some of these people is truly embarrassing. I feel so sorry for his colleague who I talked to in the phone who did everything in her power to assist me.

The person ( man with blonde n brown crop cut hair) who addressed my concerns was rude and was raising his voice from the very beginning. When I requested him to lower his volume - his answer was- I always speak like this. Terrible service, over priced . Poor quality

It took 2 weeks to install Ziggo internet and they charged extra for installation even tho they claim it's free. Online help chat is not reliable, if you come and ask questions personally they just say to call phone numbers on the site.

The staff is quick, but not explanatory. They just automatically assume that customer may be after the package they think the customer is after. So rather than offering them help to choose what may be best value for their money, staff forces what they want to sell. Vodafone should train their staff, what is customer service not sell more only. For me vodafone is wasting money to hire staff, they should put automated vending machines instead, with package details, will be best for customers and will save vodafone a lot in human resources cost.
