β β β β β The worst purchasing experience I have!!! Two months ago, I went to this shop to return the SIM card I bought, but I still donβt get the money back! I sent emails, using online chat and calling customer service but still couldnβt work: they told me that I need to go back to the store to get the voucher. And this afternoon, I went to the same store again, but the server (the woman with black hair) just told me that I have to go back to call the customer service again, with an attitude that it was not her business!!! I wonβt suggest anyone to buy the things or package from Vodafone again!!!
