Slow service. Arrived at open and over 30min for 2 staff to each serve 1 customer. Should have spent the extra € to get SIM at airport instead of spending my lunch here.

Friendly atmosphere and polite staff. I had to wait some time for my turn but there was a place to sit and coffee or tea offered for those who waited. Far better than the Vodafone in Spuistraat.

I moved to The Hague 3 weeks ago and I opened bank account as well. They said that bank account should be opened 6 months ago to get phone and simcard together. He said that rule belongs to Vodafone. I said that I have 3 year contract and I will pay online or cash and I have Ziggo account for discount. He directly rejected and he said that I had no chance to buy phone before 6 months (It was really bad welcome :( ). Manager in there really rude and not helpful. Then I went to Media Markt and I bought telefone and sim card without any problem. I called Vodafone they said that there is no rule like that. Manager please do not create a strange rule with your mind!! (What's more you do not have any technology to get about creation date of my account. Do not trust date on card! How do you know maybe I lost my card and opened a new account)

Poor service! I made a mistake and bought a prepaid sim there. First I found out that their self online web site is only in Dutch, full of bugs. Then it turns out I cannot login to my account. So I couldn't top up and the bundle was over. When I came there I found out that they put my email totally wrong, and they blaned me for doing it, but it was their guy. Instead of helping me, they told me to create a new account and deleted the wrong account and told me it will take 24h till I can create a new account. Why 24h? If you are a foriegner in the Netherlands, it is a mistake to purchase something from this brand. Try T-Mobile... Maybe they are better.

totally unprofessional staff , completely fraud. at time of start of contract they gave me different details , and my contract is completely different. PLEASE DONΒ΄T GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!

Horrible experience. Very rude representatives... And not only rude, but also not qualified. They are incapable of providing you with the help. In particular, Chaima Ψ΄ΩŠΩ…Ψ§ treated me horribly. She couldn't explain to me why my monthly bundle wasn't automatically restarted.. so my entire balance was depleted. She said "I just can't help you" and was not able to provide any explanation. Stay away from there.. unless you want to be ripped-off, mistreated, and discriminated for not speaking dutch

The stuff was unprofessional, unfriendly and without interest to help the customer to get further with the question. An hour before closing the stuff had difficulties with taking a phone and give a call to the support centre to help the customer further. I got advice that was far worse to my current deal. I wonder how Vodafone is getting their stuff motivated (reading also other customers notes).
