A	Anca ROFL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location - located right in Grote Markt, so quite a lot of bars/terraces nearby(as well as at least 1 Albert Heijn that we saw), in walking distance of The Binnenhof(complex of buildings that is nice to see) and public transport(buses, trams + the central train station is also not too far away - it's walkable, however a tram can also be taken for 1-2 stops). The breakfast consists of an all you can eat buffet with sufficient options(coffee & tea are included), pretty much what you'd expect. There is also a bar in a pretty nice lobby with various sofas, where some books and small games are available. No food is served besides breakfast but there is a food hall very close. The staff is friendly & helpful. We stayed in a double standard room for one night, the room size was ok, the design was quite innovative(in line with the hotel overall, a rather unique style, decorations made out of small bits and pieces, for example old tapes) and there was everything you needed except perhaps for some slippers. Small not so great things: -Only 1 small bar of soap for 2 people. -We set the heating system to "warm" but it didn't get warmer. It wasn't really an issue as the temperature was acceptable, but it was on the colder side of acceptable for mid-November.

We asked if we could go for breakfast, and they will of course prioritise the clients of the Hotel (fair), but if there is space it's possible. Amazing looking place!!! Bathrooms are also stunning. Loved it

Like if it wasn’t good enough at the time of checking out they gives us a bag with snacks and drinks? this hotel were far and beyond to make our stay memorable!! I lost my other pictures ?? awesome hotel and friendly staff!!

Unfortunately 4 out of 5 stars because the water pressure in the shower is for a great HOTEL like this not acceptable and very sad. HUB from Berlin/Germany
K	King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was nice stay (stay in Loft room), the thing is, they don't have table for working (put laptop and typing or so on). Tad bit too cold as well, but clean. Oh and the window leaking some rain water during hale it's on room 307. Staff was amazing, also cafe quite comfy. Nice place ??

The cheffe is talented and a very smiling and kind young woman. There is a lot of choice in salt and sweet dishes. I highly recommend, and am looking forward my next visit.
