★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De winkel is hetzelfde als de winkel in het centrum. Mobiele telefoons en vaste internet diensten. Maar groot verschil zijn hier de mensen. Waar ik iemand aantrof in de stad die misschien zijn dag niet had en daarom niet door pakte op mijn koopwens werken in deze winkel mensen (althans toen ik er was) die willen meedenken. En waar het produkt niet meer onderscheidend is, wordt dat de service eromheen.
The shop is the same as the shop in the center. Mobile phones and fixed internet services. But the big difference here are the people. Where I found someone in the city who perhaps was not having his day and therefore did not follow through on my purchase wish, working in this store people (at least when I was there) who want to think along. And where the product is no longer distinctive, it becomes the service around it.
