Verkäufer hat leider einen Fehler im Vertrag gemacht und als ich versuchte, dieses Problem zu erklären, konnte er seine Emotionen nicht kontrollieren!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin mehr als zufrieden! Super nette, höfliche und sympathische Inhaber! 2 Wochen lang habe ich mich fast täglich mit der Hotline auseinander setzen müssen und bin nicht vorangekommen bis ich in den Shop gegangen bin, jetzt ist alles geregelt und ich habe endlich Ruhe ?
Zu den „schlechten“ Bewertungen möchte ich noch sagen macht euch euer eigenes Bild, ich war ziemlich lange im Shop und habe dort unfreundlich Kunden live erlebt und trotzdem sind die Inhaber freundlich geblieben. Ich kann nur positives berichten und werde ab jetzt nur noch dort hingehen!
I am more than happy! Super nice, polite and personable owners! For 2 weeks I had to deal with the hotline almost every day and didn't make any progress until I went to the shop, now everything is settled and I finally have peace ?
Regarding the "bad" reviews, I would like to say make your own picture, I was in the shop for a long time and saw unfriendly customers live there, and yet the owners have remained friendly. I can only report positive things and from now on I will only go there!

Very friendly service, professional competent staff. One of the few Vodafone shops that you can really recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you do contract , they will give all of your attention , but when you have problem , they will say " i dont have time for this , dont you have friend who speak German". All i wanted to know is why 19,99€ are deducted from my account except my monthly payment. They helped me to call an operator , but then the operator didnt speak English. They refused to help me.
