★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor 3 Monaten den Hörwurm mehrfach zwecks einer Hörhilfe aufgesucht. Ich wurde immer bestens durch Frau Kretschmer ohne Zeitdruck beraten. Ab und an schaute auch Herr Henning vorbei.
Frau Kretschmer hatte es sicher nicht immer einfach mit mir, ist jedoch immer sehr professionell geblieben. Ich habe mich immer in guten Händen gefühlt.
Die Hörgeräte sitzen perfekt und vermitteln mir ein völlig neues Lebensgefühl. Die Preise der Hörhilfen finde ich aufgrund der guten Beratung angemessen. Zumal eventueller nachfolgender Service teilweise inkludiert ist. Weitere Mitarbeiter habe ich leider nicht kennen lernen dürfen.
Für Goch ist Herr Henning mit seinem Hörwurm und seine Mitarbeiterin Frau Kretschmer eine Bereicherung für den lokalen Einzelhandel.
Beider Kompetenz ist überragend. In der heutigen Zeit und in der Servicewüste Deutschland eine wohltuende Ausnahme.
Schön wäre es, wenn Ihr Euren Service auch Samstags anbieten könntet.
3 months ago I visited the hearing worm several times for a hearing aid. I was always well advised by Ms. Kretschmer without any time pressure. From time to time Mr. Henning also stopped by.
Ms. Kretschmer certainly didn't always have an easy time with me, but she always remained very professional. I've always felt in good hands.
The hearing aids fit perfectly and give me a completely new attitude towards life. I think the prices of the hearing aids are reasonable due to the good advice. Especially since any subsequent service is partially included. Unfortunately, I wasn't allowed to get to know other employees.
For Goch, Mr. Henning with his Hörwurm and his colleague Mrs. Kretschmer are an asset to the local retail trade.
Both competence is outstanding. In today's world and in Germany's service desert, a beneficial exception.
It would be nice if you could also offer your service on Saturdays.
