★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het lukte mij niet om wat kilo's kwijt te raken. Nu bleek dat ik te weinig at. Door het eetpatroon te vervangen volgens de Schijf van Vijf, mag ik veel meer eten waardoor ik me eerder verzadigd voel en is de drang er ook niet zo om te snoepen. Het is me dus wel gelukt om er wat af te krijgen. Maar ik voel me ook veel fitter en dat is vooral te danken aan de coaching van Hanny. Bedankt hiervoor. Jeanne uit Gilze
I didn't manage to shed some pounds. Now it turned out that I ate too little. By replacing the diet according to the Wheel of Five, I can eat much more, which makes me feel satiated earlier and the urge is not so good to eat. So I managed to get some off. But I also feel much fitter and that is mainly due to the coaching of Hanny. Thank you for this. Jeanne from Gilze
