Pozostajemy na drodze prawnej. Pan Marek, niestety oszukuje swoich klientow co do jakosci montazu, typu montazu - cieply montaz ktory sprzedaje ktory nie ma miejsca. Wielokrotne poprawki, ktore tylko pogarszaja sytuacje i powoduja dodatkowe uszkodzenia. Czuje sie bezkarny az do czasu kiedy otrzyma pismo sadowe. Nie polecam, dodatkowo nie jestem jedyna klientka ktora sie nabrala na oferte, ktora niestety mimo przystepnej ceny nie oferuje nic wiecej. Prosze uwazac. Mr. Marek, unfortunately, deceives his clients about the quality of the assembly, the type of assembly - a warm assembly that he sells, which does not take place. Multiple corrections that only make the situation worse and cause additional damage. He feels unpunished until he receives a pleading. I do not recommend it, in addition, I am not the only customer who fell for the offer, who, unfortunately, despite the affordable price, does not offer anything more. Please be careful.

Za drugim razem przy zamawianiu okien pomimo zapewnień pana Marka przy podpisywaniu umowy że okna będą dostarczone max za 2 miesiące czekaliśmy 6 miesięcy oczywiście w między czasie się o nie upominając słyszeliśmy non stop że okna są już produkowane lub są w drodze do Holandii co za każdym razem było kłamstwem. Przy montażu okien (już nie przez tę firmę, nie chcieliśmy mieć z nią nic więcej do czynienia) okazało się że okna były zrobione na zupełnie inne wymiary niż wymiary które pan Marek zapisywał podczas mierzenia i spisywania umowy co to nas obciążyło dodatkowymi kosztami + po konsultowaniu rzeczy takich jak •czy drzwi mają otwierać się do wewnątrz czy do zewnątrz zostały zrobione kompletnie na odwrót…jakim trzeba być profesjonalistą, prawda? Kompletnie nie polecam i niech to będzie przestroga dla innych, po prostu wybierzcie inną firmę a będzie to dla was oznaczało mniej nerwów i dodatkowych kosztów. NIE POZDRAWIAM PANA MARKA I JEGO „EKIPY”! A company that simply installs windows incorrectly when inserting windows, and after reporting errors to the company, employees "fixed" everything, making the situation worse. The second time when ordering windows, despite Mr. Marek's assurances when signing the contract, that the windows will be delivered in a maximum of 2 months, we waited 6 months, of course, in the meantime, asking for them, we heard non-stop that the windows are already being produced or are on the way to the Netherlands, which every time was a lie. When installing windows (not by this company, we did not want to have anything more to do with it), it turned out that the windows were made to completely different dimensions than the dimensions that Mr. Marek wrote when measuring and writing the contract, which charged us with additional costs + after consulting things like • is the door to open inwards or outwards was done the complete opposite… how do you have to be a pro, right? I do not recommend it at all and let it be a warning for others, just choose another company and it will mean less stress and additional costs for you. I DON'T GET GREETING TO MR. MARK AND HIS "TEAM"!
