Returns are non-refundable. Put the blame on PostNL while I have proof of return ... poor service and not customer friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service. Betaald maar niets ontvangen. PostNL krijgt de schuld. Geen fatsoenlijke reactie op mijn mail. Sturen je, als je een vraag stelt, de track and trace code?! Daar heb je niets aan als je pakje niet is bezorgd?? NOOIT IETS BESTELLEN BIJ HUN!!!!
Bad service. Paid but received nothing. PostNL is to blame. No proper response to my email. When you ask a question, do you send the track and trace code?! It is of no use to you if your package has not been delivered?? NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!
