Hier gibt es noch den individuellen Service den man sich von seiner Hausbank wünscht! In heutiger Zeit der allgemeinen Globalisierung auch bei regionalen Banken nicht mehr selbstverständlich! ... well own parking lot behind the house, should be found! ;-) But otherwise super service. There is still individual service here that you want from your house bank! In today's general globalization, regional banks are no longer a matter of course!
M	Michael Van Vlodrop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich keinen Stern vergeben...Das"neue" Online Banking funktioniert überhaupt nicht...Komplette "Verschlimmbesserung"...Schade das man dieses erst selbst feststellen musste am Wochenende und dementsprechend keinerlei Geldgeschäfte tätigen konnte,macht bei unseren Geschäftspartnern natürlich einen sehr guten Eindruck das vereinbarte Zahlungen nun nicht geflossen sind. Aber so hat sich die "Volksbank"klar definiert: Null Service/Leistung bei Top Kosten dem Kunden gegenüber! Diese Rezension bezieht jedoch keinerlei auf Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter am Schalter der Grefrather Volksbank....Die verdienen immer noch 5 Sterne. Hier lebt man noch den uralten Zopf! Verbraucherschutz wird hier klein geschrieben. Vorstand ist so 80er... unglaublich! Ist Ihnen bekannt, das der Kunde Ihren Job zahlt? Alte Zöpfe sind heutzutage nicht mehr gefragt. Wenn Kundenrechte mit Füssen getreten werden, sollte man sich überlegen die Bank zu wechseln! Einziges Lob geht an das Filial-Peronal in Grefrath. Sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend! New fee structure since 10/2018 unbelievable price increase of 500% at the current account (post charges). Dealing with customers in case of complaint - insufficient. Here you still live the ancient braid! Consumer protection is written down here. Board is so 80s ... unbelievable! Do you know that the customer pays your job? Old braids are no longer in demand today. If customer rights are trampled, one should consider changing the bank! The only praise goes to the affiliate Peronal in Grefrath.
