A very large branch of Volksbank in the center of Kleve, the opening times of this branch are open every working day from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm (on Thursday until 4:00 pm) on Saturday and Sunday it is branch not opened ?

Im Dezember 2019 eine rückbuchung von der Kreditkarte angefordert samt polizeilicher Anzeige bis heute noch keine klare Antwort erhalten. Meiner Meinung nach ist es eine Zumutung mit dem Kundenservice dieser Bank aus zu kommen, da einem stets vermittelt wird das man sich woanders melden solle. Meine Hausbank erledigt sowas binnen 8 Wochen und keine Monate. In der heutigen Zeit ist es einfach nur eine Schande, dass so mit den Kunden umgegangen wird. Wirklich für keinen der einen Kundenservice erwartet zu empfehlen. Unpleasant financial institution !!! In December 2019, a chargeback requested by the credit card, including a police report, has not yet received a clear answer. In my opinion it is unreasonable to get by with the customer service of this bank, because you are always told that you should report elsewhere. My house bank does this within 8 weeks and not months. In today's world it is just a shame that customers are treated in this way. Really not recommended for anyone expecting customer service.

Herr Julian Holtzhausen hat uns super beraten , war fachlich und auch menschlich einfach nur klasse ! Immer als Ansprechpartner präsent , stets nett und freundlich. Wir würden das immer wieder so machen ! Vielen Dank für Alles ! We had our house sold by VoBa. We felt in good hands right from the start! Volksbank Kleve refuses to open a bank for my foreign friends because of "communication issues". That's called modern racism, not communication issues, my friend's offered to be accompanied by another friend who can translate everything, but they still refused. Wonder if that's legal? Definitely warranted only one star from me though. This is also my bank and I'm really disappointed. Will change my bank soon.
