M	Marius Krooshof on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij huurden een bestelauto via LowBudget verhuur, wat door Van Dunsschoten bedreven wordt met oudere wagens. Gehuurd voor zondag, ophalen tussen 09:00 en 10:00 's morgens, echter op zaterdag kregen we al een telefoontje of we de auto al wilden ophalen tussen 16:00 en 17:45 wat erg fijn was. Check-out en check-in probleemloos d.m.v. hun schade controle systeem en cameras. Snel, duidelijke uitleg over eigen risico en procedures. Kortom, huren voor herhaling vatbaar. We rented a delivery van through LowBudget rental, which is operated by Van Dunsschoten with older cars. Rented for Sunday, pick up between 09:00 and 10:00 in the morning, however on Saturday we already received a call if we wanted to pick up the car between 16:00 and 17:45 which was very nice. Check-out and check-in hassle-free by means of their damage control system and cameras. Quick, clear explanation about deductibles and procedures. In short, renting is worth repeating.

Prijzen zeer concurerend. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Aanrader! excellent rental company, recently rented a (neat modern) small truck twice for a good price. Excellent service and clear explanations and instructions. Prices very competitive. Friendly employees. Recommended!
J	J Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb samen met collega een bus gehuurd voor 1 dag, daar was een nette jongeman en die hiep ons goed, maar er liep een oudere man achter hem en hij deed echt raar, was ook niet vriendelijk Was de baas had ik gevraagd aan de jongeman ik zei hij is niet klantvriendelijk bah wat een eikel. Ook met mijn geld ik kreeg het pas na een week terug moest ook zelf bellen waar het bleef het was op een verkeerde rekening gestort dus moest ik maar wachten!!! Wat een service!!! Ik ga daar mooi nóóit meer heen 7-12-2021 I rented a bus with a colleague for 1 day, there was a nice young man there and he helped us well, but an older man was walking behind him and he was acting really weird, was not friendly either Was the boss I asked the young man I said he is not customer friendly yuck what a jerk. Also with my money I only got it back after a week had to call myself where it was it was deposited into a wrong account so I had to wait!!! What a service!!! I will never go there again 7-12-2021

Heb wat vaker auto’s gehuurd, en je bent toch altijd hier op juiste adres. Bedankt voor het goed service vandaag weer. Tot snel! Always thinking along with a solution and you can always arrange a car, even if you call or need it at the last minute. they will arrange something for you or refer them to the right address. Have rented cars more often, and you are always at the right place. Thanks for the good service again today. See you soon!

M	Maarten Meijer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect service if nothing is happening to your car due to bad state. If the care is in bad state and you call road assistance. They will charge you an amount of €250. Problem was a non-starting van due to an empty battery in the morning due to exceptional bad weather (-8 degrees). They charged the full amount for calling road assistance and do not go in discussion on the reasoning. #After the review, the company called back that the road assistance will not charge them. And therefor we will not be charged. #Update, the review has been changed. The company has not charged any money for the road assistance. #second update, company decided it was a good idea to charge it anyway after some months had passed. It's a really scummy company and I would advise nobody to rent here.
