★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While in the Netherlands I had the opportunity to visit Vondelgym South in Amsterdam. Great variety of equipment and training; weights area, boxing/muay thai and a crossfit box. If I lived here they would definitely have my membership. Helpful and friendly staff too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice new equipment, numerous squat racks and deadlift platforms. Ssb, Swiss bar, bumper plates, GHR decks and a nice food bar. Day pass is €15.
