★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De verpakking en bijgaande (visite)kaart zijn geschreven in bijna hetzelfde lettertype als de Xenos "live, life, love"-producten en zien er erg goedkoop uit.
Hetzelfde geldt voor de onoverzichtelijke en slecht ontworpen website, die veel Engels en Nederlands door elkaar gebruikt.
De branding moet echt beter over nagedacht worden.
Underwear zelf past mij ook slecht. De stof lijkt goed te zijn, maar de pasvorm ligt mij echt niet. Ik ben twee meter lang, en bij maat M komen de pijpjes tot halverwege m'n bovenbenen! Rond de lies blijft er te veel stof over. Maatlabel in underwear was niet makkelijk te verwijderen.
Verpakkingen zijn moeilijk/niet te recyclen door een combi van plastic, karton en stickers.
Al met al krijg ik de indruk dat er te snel iets in de markt is gezet, zonder details goed uitgewerkt te hebben. Dat, in combinatie met de prijs waarvoor je ook een premium merk kunt kiezen, maakt dat ik hier niet weer zal kopen.o
The packaging and accompanying (business) card are written in almost the same font as the Xenos "live, life, love" products and look very cheap.
The same applies to the cluttered and poorly designed website, which uses a lot of English and Dutch interchangeably.
The surf really needs to be thought about better.
Underwear itself also fits me badly. The fabric seems to be good, but I really don't like the fit. I'm two meters tall, and in size M the legs come halfway to my thighs! Too much dust remains around the groin. Maatlabel in underwear was not easy to remove.
Packaging is difficult / impossible to recycle due to a combination of plastic, cardboard and stickers.
All in all, I get the impression that something has been put on the market too quickly, without having worked out details well. That, in combination with the price for which you can also choose a premium brand, means that I will not buy here again
