so steht es geschrieben!!!!!!! Wir kamen mit unserem neuen Sharan aus Düsseldorf und hatten ein Problem mit Luftdruck. Da wir am Freitag um 16.50 bei dem Autohaus ankamen, wurde uns gesagt das doch Freitag wäre und die Leute in der Werkstatt um 16.30 Feierabend haben. Der freundliche Mitarbeiter hat unser Auto keines Blickes gewürdigt und verwies uns auf eine Tankstelle die in der Nähe war wo wir doch den Luftdruck prüfen könnten und mal nachsehen könnten ob wir uns vielleicht etwas eingefahren haben. Nach einem kurzen Anruf beim Autohaus Koppenburg, wurde mir sofort gesagt ich solle kommen, man würde dort auf uns warten.....DAS nenne ich Service. Einen neuen Wagen ( VW ) mit einem Luftdruck Problem einfach wieder fahren zu lassen ist höchst fahrlässig. KANN ICH NICHT WEITER EMPFEHLEN !!!!!!

so it is written !!!!!!! We came from Düsseldorf with our new Sharan and had a problem with air pressure. Since we arrived at the dealership on Friday at 4:50 p.m., we were told that it was Friday and that the people in the workshop were off at 4:30 p.m. The friendly employee did not take a look at our car and referred us to a petrol station that was nearby, where we could check the air pressure and see if we could break in. After a short call to the Koppenburg dealership, I was immediately told to come, they would wait for us there ..... THAT is what I call service. Simply driving a new car (VW) with an air pressure problem is extremely negligent. I CANNOT RECOMMEND IT !!!!!!
