Fachkompetenz, Ehrlichkeit und Beratung suchen seines gleichen. Hier wird niemand über den Tisch gezogen. Von der Fehlerdiagnose bis zur Reparatur alles hervorragend. Besonders empfehlenswert für Gebrauchtwagen und Liebhaberfahrzeuge. Denn hier versteht man sein Handwerk noch. Nehme gern den weiten Weg aus dem Ruhegebiet auf mich um mein Auto von Ralf Wucherpfennig und seinem Team warten zu lassen. Alle super nett- vom Chef bis zum Praktikanten. Unkomplizierter und persönlicher Service. Hier weiß man wie Kundenorientierung geht. Weiter so Ihr Lieben! Highly recommended. Well-run workshop - the best I've ever known. Regular customer since the opening. Expertise, honesty and advice are second to none. Nobody is ripped off here. Everything from fault diagnosis to repairs is excellent. Particularly recommended for used cars and collector's vehicles. Because here you still understand his craft. I like to take the long way out of the quiet area to have my car serviced by Ralf Wucherpfennig and his team. All super nice - from the boss to the intern. Uncomplicated and personal service. K	Klaus Volz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In dieser Werkstatt wird der Service Gedanke gelebt und Kunden unproblematisch geholfen.Ich war mit lebenden Küken unterwegs 400 Km von der Heimat entfernt und 150 km vom nächsten Kunden und obwohl ich Adblue aufgefüllt habe, sagte mir die Elektronik ich kann nur noch 150 Km fahren.Von der nächsten Renault Werkstatt wurde ich nur an die 0800 Rufnummer von Renault vertröstet. Hier wurde mir sofort geholfen und ich konnte meine Fahrt fortsetzen. Besten Dank für den Weltklasse Service!!!!! In this workshop, the service concept is lived and customers are helped without any problems. I was on the road 400 km from home with live chicks and 150 km from the next customer and even though I filled Adblue, the electronics told me I can only drive 150 km. The next Renault workshop put me off to Renault's 0800 number. Here I was helped immediately and I was able to continue my journey. Thank you for the world class service !!!!!

Very decent people, especially Ralf, he is a "hatts off guy" hard working, honest and what I appreciated the most, is that he doesn't want to ripp you off your money...you pay whats the real cost, not like "gocher autoservice" where the owner is a stealing thief, criminal, inflating the prices! So yeah, Ralf has the most honest auto service, and he is not taking advantage of foreigners! Good job Ralf!
