Ich bestellte 4 All Season Reifen der Marke Goodyear Vector 4 Seasons G2. Bei der Montage bemerkte einer der Monteure,das die falsche Größe geliefert wurde, das kann passieren. Daraufhin wurde mir Henkook Kinergy 4S empfohlen. Man hat mir versichert, das es ein guter Reifen wäre, vergleichbar wie die Goodyear. Mündlich sagte ich zum Verkäufer, wenn sich herausstellen sollte, das die Reifen nicht gut seien, das ich diese zurück bringe. Zuhause angekommen, eben schnell im Internet nachgeschaut, und siehe da, sehr schlechter Reifen bei Nässe und noch weitere schlechte Eigenschaften. Anschließend bin ich wieder zurück zur Werkstatt, wollte die Reifen umtauschen gegen die Reifen die ich bestellt habe. Keine Chance. Kein Geld zurück, Keine anderen Reifen. Nix zu machen. Diese Werkstatt hat mich Heute Zweimal gesehen, das Erste und Letze mal. Would like to award zero stars .... Very bad tire center. But point by point. I ordered 4 All Season tires of the brand Goodyear Vector 4 Seasons G2. At assembly one of technicians who was delivered the wrong size, it can happen. Then Henkook Kinergy 4S was recommended to me. I was assured that it would be a good tire, much like the Goodyear. Orally, I told the seller if it turned out that the tires were not good, that I bring them back. Arrived at home, just looked quickly on the Internet, and lo and behold, very bad tire in the wet and even more bad qualities. Then I went back to the workshop, wanted to exchange the tires for the tires I ordered. No chance. No money back, no other tires. Nothing to do. This workshop has seen me twice today, the first and last times.
