A	A P.Q. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer onprofessioneel bedrijf. Meerdere malen gebeld tijdens kantooruren, maar er werd niet opgenomen. Daarna heb ik geprobeerd om hun te mailen en krijgt ook geen antwoord. Very unprofessional company. Called several times during office hours but there was no answer. Then I tried to email them and got no answer.

V	Vince Rusty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vreselijk! Huurde een huis via hun. Ze vroegen nog bemiddelingskosten wat al lang niet meer mag volgens mij. Er lag bouwpuin verstopt achter de radiatoren. De kraan op het aanrecht was een leiding die uit een GEHAKT gat kwam. Nooit meer! Horrible! Rented a house through them. They still asked agency fees which I think is no longer allowed. Construction debris was hidden behind the radiators. The tap on the counter was a pipe coming out of a CHOPPED hole. Never again!

Sacha is nog een stapje verder gegaan door voor mij te bemiddelen waardoor ik nog eerder in het appartement kon dan eerder was toegezegd. Alle communicatie verliep zeer transparant en snel en je krijgt ook een 'waarom' bij het antwoord op je vraag (dat vind ik zelf wel fijn). Na een aantal verschrikkelijke ervaringen met makelaars in Den Haag is dit toch echt een verademing. Excellent help with finding an apartment. I was urgently looking for a place to live so that I didn't even have an apartment for a while. Sacha went a step further by mediating for me so that I could get into the apartment even earlier than previously promised. All communication was very transparent and fast and you also get a 'why' with the answer to your question (I like that myself). After a number of terrible experiences with real estate agents in The Hague, this is really a relief.

Ik zocht met enige urgentie een woning in Den Haag, en ben zodoende erg snel uitgenodigd voor een bezichtiging. Leuke kennismaking, en vriendelijk behandeld, ondanks ik uiteindelijk niet in aanmerking kwam voor desbetreffende woning. Nog geen 2 dagen later ontving ik een e-mail of ik geïnteresseerd zou zijn in een andere woning welke vrij zou komen. Deze is speciaal voor mij enkele dagen gereserveerd, totdat ik in de gelegenheid kwam om de woning te bezichtigen. Enkele dagen later hebben wij alle formaliteiten afgerond, en heb vandaag de sleutel van de woning op mogen halen. Kortom; Flexibel, klantgericht en communicatief top! Ontzettend blij met de werkwijze van W voor wonen, warm aanbevolen voor alle woningzoekenden! W voor Wonen is one of the few rental agents in The Hague and surroundings where friendliness is still the norm. I was looking for a house in The Hague with some urgency, and was therefore very quickly invited for a viewing. Nice introduction, and treated kindly, even though I ultimately did not qualify for the house in question. Less than 2 days later I received an e-mail if I would be interested in another house that would become available. This has been reserved especially for me for a few days, until I had the opportunity to view the house. A few days later we completed all formalities, and today we were able to pick up the key to the house. In short; Flexible, customer-oriented and communicative top! Very happy with W's working method for living, highly recommended for all home seekers!

Especially with the quick, helpful, friendly, and professional response from them, the hassle and chaos of finding a ‘home‘ felt been taken care of to the possible best. The bridge built by W voor wonen between the tenant and the owner is very trustworthy, seamless and also flexible. Finding a satisfying place to live is always tricky / hard, and W voor Wonen can definitely help to ease the process. Highly recommended!!!! :)

She gave me also good suggestions about good agencies around and was kind and empathetic on the real estate market situation in Den Haag. I felt like a costumer, finally, and not just a walking bag of money. I will definitely keep their site under the radar, I feel like they won't let me down if I end up renting with them.
