Als je zo met potentiële klanten om gaat, schept dat geen vertrouwen om grote financiële beslissingen samen met hen te gaan nemen. Called to schedule a consultation. Did not get an appointment but would be called first. We are now a few weeks further and no call back. When you treat potential customers like that, it doesn't create confidence to make big financial decisions with them.

When we chose the house, we turned to Theo for registration of the mortgage, because we liked its professionalism and personal participation, involvement in the process. Although we independently studied the peculiarities of buying a house, when we encountered this in reality, we had a huge number of questions, Theo always helped us and gave the most detailed explanations, thanks to which we clearly presented the full picture and did without a broker. The procedure for obtaining a mortgage went perfectly, in the shortest time we received the most advantageous offer for us. Our participation in the process was minimal, everyone was engaged in a mortgage consultant. In addition, in the office of De Hypotheker a friendly atmosphere, the girl at the reception is very friendly, you could always count on a cup of coffee =) We are very grateful for Theo van Markwijk and in general for De Hypotheker, when you buy the next house, we will definitely turn to you again, thank you !

Ik werd er niet over teruggebeld, moest er zelf meerdere keren achteraan bellen en uiteindelijk was de bankgarantie er vier dagen te laat, zonder dat onze hypotheekadviseur er ook maar excuses voor heeft aangeboden. Zeer ontevreden over de Hypotheker dus. De Hypotheker forgot to arrange our bank guarantee. I was not called back about it, had to call it several times afterwards and in the end the bank guarantee was four days late, without our mortgage adviser offering any apologies. Very dissatisfied with the Hypotheker.

Toen ik aangaf dat ik graag een advies van zijn kant wou, wou meneer van Halm mij niet verder helpen zonder het aanbod van mijn bank te zien. Meneer was niet erg geinteresseerd en had er naar mijn idee geen zin in. Nou jullie zijn een klant kwijt want ik ben ondertussen erg goed en naar tevredenheid geholpen bij de hypotheekshop. Voor iedereen die dit leest de hypotheekshop is echt aan te raden !! After 10 years my fixed-rate period of my mortgage expired, I contacted the mortgage and got in touch with Mr. Braam van Halm, who asked if I wanted to email him the offer from my current bank. When I indicated that I would like advice from his side, Mr van Halm would not help me without seeing the offer from my bank. Mister was not very interested and did not feel like it. Well you have lost a customer because in the meantime I have been very well and satisfactorily helped at the mortgage shop. The mortgage shop is really recommended for everyone who reads this !!

Financiering was binnen twee weken na gesprek geregeld tegen een scherpe rente (1,57% voor 20 jaar). Clear and fast advice. It was about increasing our current mortgage. Theo ensured we understood all the ins and outs of our agreement, applications, etc. He was available to answer any of our questions via phone and email. He was not only punctual but also accommodated us whenever we showed up early. All in all, it turned out to be a smooth process and we got our mortgage approved way faster than we had expected.
