★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hebben jaren ons appartement in Eindhoven door Virginie laten verhuren en dit was top geregeld. Duidelijk, No Nonsens, en eventuele moeilijkheden met de huurder werd allemaal voor ons opgelost. In de tussentijd heeft het appartement nooit leeg gestaan. Later met haar collega contact gehad en ook zij was zeer flexibel en correct. Zeer aan te raden!
 For years we had our apartment in Eindhoven rented out by Virginie and this was perfectly arranged. Clear, No Nonsense, and any issues with the tenant were all resolved for us. In the meantime, the apartment has never been empty. Later had contact with her colleague and she was also very flexible and correct. Highly recommended!

Hiding information to landlord and trying not to take any responsibility. Not replying emails after pointing out her fault to landlord. Has not got my deposit back by the time I posted here.
I have been living in NL for more than 7 years and I have rented houses at many cities. Virginie Pesch is the worst housing agent I have ever met. Please don't choose this agency when looking for an apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don't want to get ripped off you should avoid this agency. They have charged us 500 euros for nothing after checking out. They reduced the amount from our deposit without sending any receipt about their invented costs. This is illegal. They do not respond then to your message, Virgine Pesch is a sneaky, liar. They have disappeared with our money.This agency will be closed soon. I will do my best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shifted from Amsterdam to Eindhoven few years back and rented a property from them. They make checking out horrible for you and behave very rudely. Once you leave, they find everything dirty and untidy. And then your advance is stuck. Find another broker if you can. A friend has had similar experience with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stones Housing is a scam. As most of the reviews clearly say they make money by cheating. I got cheated of more than Euro 800, why because i believed in what the agent said and didn't read the reviews. While vacating my rental property, I informed them 2 months before, still they came on the last day to take keys and said all is OK. I got the house deep cleaned and inspected by few friends prior to their visit. After key handover, there was NO RESPONSE for 5 months. After multiple mails, she just returns few hundred euros and say rest is deducted because of issues in the property. If that was the case they should have had a pre-handover visit and told me what they wanted. But then how will they loot people, especially who are new to the country. I warn all people who have taken rental through them to take proof's before vacating else they will rip you off. BEWARE.
