Het probleem ( een nieuwe afvoerpomp) was snel verholpen en er kon direct een nieuwe pomp geplaatst worden (zonder eerst te hoeven worden besteld). Wat heel fijn was. Het enige ontransparante waren de kosten. Ik heb 165euro betaald. Even snel googlen wijst uit dat een afvoerpomp van AEG 45euro kost. Dus de service kosten (incl. Btw) komen uit op 120euro (voor een kwartier werk, wat (dus) flink meer is dan ze op de website vermelden. Service verder prima! The men of Washing Machine Repair DH were friendly, knowledgeable and fast. The problem (a new drain pump) was quickly resolved and a new pump could be installed immediately (without having to order first). Which was very nice. The only obscure thing was the cost. I paid 165 euros. A quick google shows that an AEG drain pump costs 45 euros. So the service costs (incl. VAT) amount to 120 euros (for fifteen minutes of work, which is (so) considerably more than they state on the website. Service further excellent!
N	Nelleke Manzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verschrikkelijk bedrijf. Gebeld want niemand kwam opdagen na de dag thuis gezeten. Maar gebeld en kreeg te horen "ja ik had u gebeld"..heledag thuis, telefoon naast mij en volume aan, kan het niet gemist hebben hoor! Daarna moeten aan horen dat "hij mij via de telefoon wilde helpen" en daar boven op gaf hij aan nee je kan beter een nieuwe machine kopen. Waarom is dit niet eerder vertelt toen ik bij de afspraak aangaf wat het probleem was?!!! Met daar boven op dat je puur omdat de trommel geluid maakt, de hele trommel eruit moet...je bent niet eens binnen geweest. Toen ik aangaf dat de service slecht was, deed het hem ook niets! Terrible company. Called as no one showed up after sitting at home for the day. But called and was told "yes I called you"..at home all day, phone next to me and volume on, can't have missed it! Then had to hear that "he wanted to help me over the phone" and on top of that he gave no you better buy a new machine. Why was this not mentioned before when I indicated what the problem was at the appointment?!!! On top of that, purely because the drum makes a sound, you have to remove the entire drum... you haven't even been inside. When I pointed out that the service was bad, it didn't bother him either!

a	adam hay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING: also trades as Witgoed Service SIM (which Google shows as only 1-star reviews) The door was stuck on my washer/dryer. He asked if he should open the door, I said 'yes' and he just brute-forced it open with a screwdriver, destroying the electronic lock mechanism in the process. he gave no indication that it would be destructive, and didn't try anything else at all. He then gave me an adress and told me to just buy and fit a new door myself (saying 'it's difficult'), took his callout fee and left 5 minutes after arriving. So now my machine has gone from just needing a door to also needing a lock mechanism, and with the labour fees to strip it down and fit it it looks like my machine is now beyond economical repair. I'm now worse off than before the visit. I could have done a better job myself in hindsight.
