Aardig personeel waar altijd iets lekkers op de balie staat! I also only come to this Laundry & Dry Cleaning De Door Setter to bring Vinted packages for Mondial Relay. Wonderfully close. Nice staff where there is always something delicious on the counter!

I lost my wallet with the paper he gives during vacation, and since there is no other proof, not even your name in the ticket that stays there, there is no form of option given by the store to retrieve what is yours. Even if you show proof of payment with day and hour. Really badly managed. Can't even organize the orders accordingly. He doesn't even know which orders are there for more than a month (which was the case, since I was out of the country for work and vacation, and to which I specifically ask if there would be a problem beforehand). They just kept my 20€ and my things and were not willing to get a compromise so I could get my stuff back. It even got to a point were the guy right from the start assumed I was with some lady that came complaint at the store too, saying she was my wife and I didn't need to go there also. What a nerve. No professionalism at all. At a point, he even started saying that the profit given by the store is such that he doesn't need to keep clients stuff. Like that was the problem. Save the hassles and just go somewhere else. It's not even that much cheaper than others. If you don't want to be badly treated, confused with somebody else just because it's not a god day for them, and think that in the 21st century a paper with a number is just silly (they could at least just keep your name so you could go there and say "sorry, lost my paper, the things are in the name of XXX.") then avoid this store. There are others around the corner that do it better.
