Belangrijker vind ik altijd de nazorg en de service, en dat is zeer goed bij Waterluxe.
 Been in use for several months and still satisfied with our purchase.
I always find aftercare and service more important, and that is very good at Waterluxe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij de installatie van onze waterontharder was een lekkage ontstaan. Vervelend, zeker als je geen water hebt met kleine kinderen, maar waar mensen werken worden ook fouten gemaakt…. Het gaat erom hoe het opgelost wordt. Martijn heeft een vervelende ervaring weten om te draaien naar een tevreden klant. Aan het einde van de middag is Martijn de auto ingestapt om 1,5 uur naar ons toe te rijden. Vervolgens heeft hij met ontzettend veel energie en enthousiasme doorgewerkt totdat het opgelost was. Dank Martijn!
A leak had occurred during the installation of our water softener. Annoying, especially if you don't have water with small children, but where people work, mistakes are also made…. It's about how it's resolved. Martijn has managed to turn an unpleasant experience into a satisfied customer. At the end of the afternoon Martijn got in the car to drive to us for 1.5 hours. He then continued to work with great energy and enthusiasm until it was resolved. Thanks Martin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben hier van de week geweest, ze zijn nog al knap prijzig, vooral met de installatie vrage ze nog al wat, zal wel Corona toeslag zijn.
Been here this week, they are quite pricey, especially with the installation they ask quite a bit, must be Corona surcharge.

De installatieprijs valt mee, is een vast bedrag voor installatie+materiaal. Zonder addertjes, kijk zo doe je dat. Waterluxe, enorm bedankt voor jullie fantastisch werk. Ik geniet van heerlijk zacht water :-)
Wow, this club is really good at what they do! Good and clear communication, knowledgeable, professional, careful and fast. The installation price is not too bad, is a fixed amount for installation + material. No strings attached, look that's how you do it. Waterluxe, thank you so much for your fantastic work. I enjoy wonderfully soft water :-)
