β β β β β Only had appalling experiences with waternet. I called to ask for a clarification of the numerous bills they've been sending me but was given absolutely no help, and on top of that they were extremely unfriendly and sassy. Very disappointed. It's a real shame that they're the only water providers in Amsterdam... don't think anyone would use their services if they weren't.

β β β β β I have never been treated so badly in my life. They gave me wrong information on the phone and told me to wait for the next invoice (we were relocating) and then I got a letter from the incassobureau. I called them and they started yelling at me that I should pay. Plus I had to pay a huge fine for late payment.

β β β β β emails with the caption "manual" containing a collection button while you have your own internet environment (just for that sort of thing) seems a bit clumsy/if not counter productive.

β β β β β Is there a negative rating which can be provided, because calling their Customer service makes you wait for a min of 30 mins!! Zero customer centricity and if you ask for a supervisor.. you bet ... you wait for the same time and No one picks up the phone. Heights of unprofessionalism. This is only for creating an account online. only wondering if these review they actually read.

β β β β β I would leave a negative review if possible. They offer an English speaking line for customer service and answer in Dutchβ¦ it wouldnt be so bad if they didnβt hang up on you if you canβt speak dutch as well as them. When you finally do speak to someone they are rude, unhelpful and have zero respect for their clients. Put it this way, they have been taking money from my account every month since I unregistered with them and moved away from Amsterdamβ¦ there is still no resolution. They still take money and I am still trying to get this fixed. A complete joke of a company - they need to invest time and money on the development of their employees interpersonal skills and people skills.

β β β β β I call them because they take me money double for couples of month and i got an explanation that the sistem is really behind. But when i try to explain that even like this if you count everything i am overcharged, they hung up the phone.

β β β β β So far everything was fine (I did have water). However, I'm moving to another apartment and waternet doesn't allow me to indicate this move. They want me to do it on the website which does not work. For several days, I cannot get past their waiting line on the phone that I have to pay for.
They also don't allow to send an email (they don't show a mail address on their website).
