O	Ossie bekman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to enjoy a hot, fresh burger. It may take a little longer than fast food joints because your order is prepared fresh and not reheated in some microwave or set in some warmer under a heat lamp. Would definitely recommend just like in the USA!

Buffalo crispy chicken burger was not crispy but soggy and drenched in buffalo sauce so that's all you could taste, sloppy bun too. Hot dog was like biting into plastic and soggy. Milkshakes were far to thin, mint oreo but no mint. Fries were good, sauce was missing. Train your staff / get some quality control, there's potential here if standards were raised.

In my opinion if you are open until 9pm then you should still be accepting orders until 9pm. After 9pm employees should start cleaning the kitchen. Whats the point of having an opening time until 9pm and not accepting any orders after 8.30pm.

So to be sure today we called in advance to verify the opening hours. We were clearly told that they are open till 9pm. We get there at 8:30 pm and the doors are already locked and the cleaning process is in full swing. This is not the first time this establishment closes before their official closing time. I suggest you change your operating hours if you are not accepting any orders after a certain time. This is the 2nd time this was the case at this specific establishment.
