Ik vroeg aan een mannelijke medewerker of ik even naar de toilet kon.
Deze verwees mij naar een lunchroom verderop in de straat. Jammer.
In dezelfde zaak vroeg ik aan een vrouwelijke verkoopster Patricia of ik even naar de toilet kon en dat kon. Even daarna kocht ik op haar advies
mijn trouwpak bij deze vriendelijke en behulpzame verkoopster. Wat een verschil in service.
Friday April 12 I visited a WE Fashion store in the Kalverstraat in Amsterdam.
I asked a male employee if I could go to the toilet.
He referred me to a lunchroom down the street. Unfortunately.
In the same case, I asked a female saleswoman Patricia if I could go to the toilet for a while and that I could. A little later I bought on her advice
