★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuke Pittige maar leerzame ?️♀️ lessen onder goede begeleiding (Danique/Victor) in een leuke afwisselende groep en ontspannen sfeer. Je wordt gecorrigeerd waar het nodig is en krijgt goede tips om je lift bewegingen eventueel nog beter uit te kunnen voeren. Ik zeg doen!!?
 Nice Spicy but educational ?️♀️ lessons under good supervision (Danique / Victor) in a fun, varied group and relaxed atmosphere. You will be corrected where necessary and you will receive good tips on how to perform your lift movements even better. I say do !! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ondanks dat ik zelf als CrossFit level 2 trainer de kennis in huis heb betreffende Weightlifting, leer ik ontzettend veel veel van onze Weightlifting coaches Victor en Danique. Zij hebben oog voor detail en verbetering als het gaat om progressie in de Clean en Jerk en de Snatch. Zij ontkoppelen de “CrossFitter” in mij. Hierdoor maak ik juist stappen... zowel als coach maar zéker ook als atleet.
Despite the fact that as a CrossFit level 2 trainer I have the knowledge about Weightlifting myself, I learn a lot from our Weightlifting coaches Victor and Danique. They have an eye for detail and improvement when it comes to progression in the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch. They disconnect the “CrossFitter” in me. Because of this I take steps ... both as a coach but certainly also as an athlete.
