Beautiful location, the architecture, design of the building, the people, the inner garden, everything exudes peace and tranquility. The world needs more companies, concepts and initiatives like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persoonlijk groot fan van de producten en massages bij de weleda city spa. Maar zeer teleurgesteld als het aankomt op meedenken in kadobonwaarde. De standaard kadobonnen die ze aanbieden zijn of minder waard dan een massage of meer. Maar de mogelijkheid om zelf een bedrag te kiezen of een kadobon t.w.v. een volledige ontspanningsmassage is er niet. En een uitzondering blijkt na contact met het hoofdkantoor ook niet mogelijk. Echt niet klantgericht! Gemiste kans, ze kunnen het zich blijkbaar permitteren.
Personally big fan of the products and massages at the weleda city spa. But very disappointed when it comes to thinking along in gift certificate value. The standard gift certificates they offer are worth less than a massage or more. But there is no possibility to choose an amount yourself or a gift voucher for a full relaxation massage. And an exception proves impossible after contact with the head office. Really not customer oriented! Missed opportunity, apparently they can afford it.
