★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prijskwaliteit verhouding is ver te zoeken. Personeel erg amateuristisch. De persoon die de kassa bediende liep zonder pardon weg met 8 of 9 klanten in de rij om een andere collega te helpen. Wij klanten stonden daar over vijf minuten elkaar een beetje aan te kijken. Ik was net klaar om alles neer te leggen en weglopen toen iemand plotseling een andere kassa opende. Dat had veel eerder gekund gezien dat die persoon gewoon in de hoek stond niks te doen. Begeleiding was nergens te vinden. Zo eindigde mijn laatste bezoek ooit aan Welkoop. Wat stel een prutsers bij mekaar.
Price-quality ratio is hard to find. Staff very amateurish. The person at the cash register unceremoniously walked away with 8 or 9 customers in line to help another colleague. We customers were standing there looking at each other in five minutes. I was just getting ready to put everything down and walk away when someone suddenly opened another till. That could have been seen much earlier that that person was just standing in the corner doing nothing. Guidance was nowhere to be found. This is how my last visit to Welkoop ever ended. What a bunch of assholes.
