Not everyone friendly. Appointments are not always honored. Are there more for Weller than for the tenants. Consider before you begin.

Kunnen die nou in het najaar gesnoeid worden? In het voorjaar en zomer heb ik bijna geen zon meer op mijn balkon...ik zit graag eens lekker in het zonnetje...wordt allemaal zo wild...vind groen en boompjes best mooi....maar niet TE. In the spring and summer I hardly have any sun on my balcony anymore ... I like to sit in the sun ... I am all so wild ... I like greenery and trees pretty .... but not TO. e	eline wassekwam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al 1 jaar bijna bezig een nieuwe deur te regelen die ontzettend beschimmeld is door slechte isolatie van deze huizen. Krijg wel een brief omdat er wat onkruid in de tuin staat wat niet schadelijk voor de gezondheid is Maar ze laten ons in schadelijke schimmel wonen! Al minimaal 10 keer gebeld en krijg iedere keer te horen Dhr. O. neemt contact met u op en firma Peulen krijgt de opdracht.. ik heb hier een 13 jarig kind wonen en ik doe mijn best om de schimmel tegen te gaan l aar het is behoorlijk hardnekkig! Schimmel kan trouwens op termijn allerlei gezondheidsklachten veroorzaken van ademhalingsproblemen tot kanker... ik ga binnenkort mijn advocaat inschakelen ben behoorlijk geduldig geweest. Already 1 year busy arranging a new door that is very moldy due to poor insulation of these houses. Do get a letter because there are some weeds in the garden that are not harmful to health But they let us live in harmful fungus! Already called at least 10 times and get to hear Mr. O. will contact you and the Peulen company will be commissioned .. I have a 13 year old child living here and I do my best to combat the fungus, but it is quite persistent! Mold can also cause all kinds of health problems in the long run, from respiratory problems to cancer ... I will soon call in my lawyer and have been quite patient.

Dat moest ik maar gaan verhalen bij mijn inboedelverzekering, schandalig. Lang mee gezeten, zelf geprobeerd weg te halen, heb er nog foto's van, je zou schrikken. Nu al 6 weken aan het wachten op mijn service kosten geld wat ik nog moet terug krijgen, geen vriendelijk personeel aan de telefoon, never again. Have been long with mold me sitting in the house, which was caused by a leak in one of the tubes that badly worked. I had to just go tell my contents insurance, outrageous. Long sat with, itself tried to get away, I still photos, you would be shocked. Already six weeks waiting for my service costs money that I have to get back, no friendly staff on the phone, never again.
S	Sanne Bisschops on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al 32 jaar woonachtig in Brunssum, nu na 9 jaar inschrijving bij thuisinlimburg noodgedwongen verhuizen uit een tochtige dure gebrekkige woning waar we luchtwegenproblemen door gekregen hebben, naar een gemeente 30 km verderop omdat Weller nauwelijks huizen in Brunssum plaatst op thuisinlimburg en alles onderhands verhuurt. Afgelopen week nog een keer contact met ze opgenomen dat de nieuwbouw die aan de overkant om de haverklap leeg staat telkens met voorrang aan mensen gegeven wordt die geen voorrang hebben. Hoe dat komt kon mevrouw aan de telefoon niet aangeven. Zie ik nu tot mijn verbazing dat vanmiddag wederom een stel aan de overkant weg verhuisd en dat hun woning NIET op thuisinlimburg staat of heeft gestaan. Kortom weer een dochter, tante, moeder, vriend of vriendin met connecties binnen Weller die voorgetrokken wordt en deze woning krijgt. Ik voel me belazerd. Bedankt Weller dat wij in een nieuwe gemeente een nieuw bestaan op nieuwe scholen voor de kinderen moeten gaan opbouwen omdat jullie niet eerlijk jullie woningen verhuren. Living in Brunssum for 32 years, now after 9 years of registration with Thuisinlimburg, we are forced to move from a draughty, expensive, defective house that caused respiratory problems, to a municipality 30 km away because Weller hardly places any houses in Brunssum at Thuisinlimburg and rents out everything privately. Contacted them again last week that the new building that is empty across the street all the time is always given priority to people who do not have priority. The lady on the phone could not indicate why. I now see to my surprise that this afternoon again a couple moved across the road and that their home is NOT or has not been on Thuisinlimburg. In short, another daughter, aunt, mother, boyfriend or girlfriend with connections within Weller who is favored and gets this house. I feel cheated. Thank you Weller that we have to start building a new life in new schools for the children in a new municipality because you don't rent out your homes fairly.

Geul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat ik niet snap is dat jullie nog steeds een parkeer probleem hebben maar wel elektrische oplaad punten neer zet op parking terwijl de mensen wat daar gebruik van maken niet eens in onze straat wonen hier door is er minder plaats steeds meer schade aan auto's maar wel meteen handhaving inschakelen in plaats om probleem zelf op te lossen schande voor weller What I don't understand is that you still have a parking problem but you put electric charging points in the parking lot while the people who use them don't even live in our street because of this there is less space and more damage to cars but immediately call in enforcement instead to solve the problem yourself shame on weller
