★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed my hard drive data recovered, set up a case number over the phone and was advised to drop off the hard drive the following morning at this address. I make the trip to get there, approach the front desk, and am told WeRecoverData does not have an office here. When I contacted customer service about this I received no explanation, just a shipping label to send my hard drive to POLAND. How sketchy can you get?

If the could not recover anything then I did not need to pay which I thought was more than fair. Fortunately they were able to recover all my files and there service was quick, efficient and very helpful and always professional . To my horror, I found my computer wouldn't start up at all. WeRecoverData.comwas not only able to get my PC running again, they also restored all my precious files that I thought were gone for good. I managed to contact WeRecoverData very quickly and managed to send the device for inspection. They managed to recover the 4.8TB of data I had in a very quick way. They kept me well informed of the progress, and their costumer service is quick and effective, which is what you mainly look for in these scenarios. You get a person solely dedicated to you case and is always in touch with you. Their system allowed me also to see and track the progress and I feel overall very satisfied with the service. If you run into problems like these, don't hesitate to contact them. I managed to buy a new NAS device and post it to them directly and WeRecoverData is in the process of shipping it to my address. Awaiting for the HD to arrive soon. VERY RECOMMENDED.
