T	Todor Milanov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My company is on Werkspot 3 years from now. I remember months ive payed them over 1000 euros and not getting any job. There are too many clients that are Just asking for info without intention to work with anyone. To stop this you need to make the CLIENTS pay for placing a request. And they need to know that we also pay for this service. We often lose hours talking with a client and making offer and most of the time noone is apresiating this. Clients expect 10 companies comming to their home, spending their time and they choose the cheaper and often with worst quality one. We had also an issue with a bad review from dificult clients, we had a contact with werkspot, gave all the proofs that it was a mistake and they did nothing. They wont protect you even when you spend thousends on them. We use werspot very little this days.

R	Richard A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the contractors who respond to ads all have to pay. It should be only the contractor who gets the job has to pay. This leads to lots of angry people when you reply to them.
H	Henriette van der Does on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a heavy table to move. It didn’t fit the lift so 4 flights of stairs needed to be manoeuvred and also marks on walls were not permitted! Perfect job done by two friendly men who communicated well

I claimed warranty on the brand new renovation, but Werkspot didn’t help. Their involvement went as far as sending an email to the contractor and their advice “sort it yourself with your legal support”, they have no power over the contractors. I won’t be using the Werkspot service again, apologies but cannot recommend.
V	Vitor Mussatto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Werkspot handyman's reviews are mostly fake If the handyman has a lot of good reviews there is a greater chance you are actually going to be scammed by them, since they can ask reviews from people who didn't do the job with them. Tried to fix my roof with a contractor on their website, not only they didn't fix the issue but actually made it worse. I tried contacting the contractor to fix it and he wanted to charge me even more. I was bullied by the contractor to give him a 5 star a couple of times, which led into a couple of nasty phone calls. I simply gave up
