bij boeken v vlucht op scherm melding geven dat betaling niet gelukt is (dus boek ik elders die vlucht), die dan wel afhalen van mijn Visa.. én me dan nog es lang per mail & tel a lijntje houden: geen oplossing en ze gooien gewoon telefoon dicht.. #fail
 shame on you Expedia
When booking a flight, give a message on the screen that payment has not been successful (so I book that flight elsewhere), which then collect my Visa .. and then keep me on line by mail & tel a line: no solution and they throw just shut phone .. #fail

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een dramatische service bij Expedia. Twee weken geleden een hotel geprobeerd te boeken en dus ook betaald. Na enkele uren geen boekingsbevestiging ontvangen dus de klantenservice gebeld. Wat blijkt, geld wel afgeschreven maar de boeking is niet doorgekomen. Enige optie was opnieuw boeken en ook nog een keer betalen. Het geld van de mislukte boeking zou worden teruggeboekt. Dit vond ik al een slechte service, maar na anderhalve week nog steeds mijn geld nog niet ontvangen en na weer een gesprek met de klantenservice waar je eerst minimaal 20 minuten in de wacht staat ben ik er helemaal klaar mee. Geld zou volgens de klantenservice binnen een week gestort moeten worden. Ik heb nog steeds niks, en of ik nog wat krijg moet ik nog afwachten. Maar mij zijn ze sowieso kwijt als klant. Mensen boek hier niet!
What a dramatic service at Expedia. Tried to book a hotel two weeks ago and paid accordingly. After a few hours no booking confirmation received so called customer service. As it turns out, money has been debited but the booking has not been made. Only option was to book again and pay again. The money from the failed booking would be refunded. I already thought this was a bad service, but after a week and a half still not received my money and after another conversation with customer service where you have been on hold for at least 20 minutes, I am completely done with it. According to customer service, money should be deposited within a week. I still have nothing, and I still have to wait and see if I still get something. But they have lost me as a customer anyway. People don't book here!

Sometimes guests comming and we tell them we dont have any listing on expedia.
More than hundred times i called them to delete our listing but it never happend
Scamming is enough!

To be short; I spend 7 hours on the phone to get no answer or help. Phonenumbers in ireland, luxemburg and latvia were nonexistant or out of order.
will never book anything through expedia again!
