Надеюсь, горничные не сильно перетрудятся при уборке пустых номеров, а главное - сохранят работу во время пандемии, иначе, зачем еще обманывать людей?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Был запланирован отпуск на три дня в Амстердаме. Из-за пандемии и отмене всех рейсов, само собой, никто никуда не полетел. Хозяин - мягко говоря человек нечестный - из 600 евра не вернули ни копейки. Крайне не рекомендую данный отель, т.к вас кинут при первой возможности!
A three-day vacation was planned in Amsterdam. Due to the pandemic and the cancellation of all flights, of course, no one flew anywhere. The owner - to put it mildly, a dishonest man - of 600 euros did not return a penny. I highly do not recommend this hotel, because you will be thrown as soon as possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the pandemic a travel warning was issued for NL which required us to cancel our stay in the Wetering Suite. We had made a reservation for this room in 2019 already well before COVID-19 was a topic at all, therefore we had a non-refundable booking... We do understand the tough situation rental owners are currently in, but unfortunately he was not even willing to find a middle ground like issuing a voucher. Very disappointing as I think both “sides” are having a hard time at the moment and therefore flexibility should have been possible.
